Since it was established, VAE CONTROLS has been focusing upon complex deliveries of technological parts of fuel warehouses and terminals receiving and dispensing fuels. We are reconstructing and modernising the existing warehouses and construct new ones while complying with safety, economy and environmental requirements. We deliver the SCX control system as the control of the technologies along with TAMAS application superstructure (Terminal Automation Management System) designed by British Serck Controls

Our customers are provided with standard solutions based on components supplied by proven world suppliers, which guarantees compliance with all standards, high operational reliability and potentials of further expansion, ready servicing, compatibility, etc. We produce the following components, which are certified to be deployed in explosion-risk involving environments to ATEX standard applied in EU member countries. They are also available as separate pieces.

Additive Dosing Unit EVA 5 and EVA 6
	Additive Dosing Unit EVA 5 / EVA 6 is a complex, high-precision facility used for the adding of small quantities of substances additives into the product being dispensed (petrol, oil, lubricants, paints, etc.). Ball valves
	Wide range of ball valves for application in chemical and petrochemical industry. Diameter DN25 up to DN400, working pressure PN16 up to PN160. Possibility of special design including DBB (double block and bleed) with operational sealing indication used for callibration of measuring runs. EN - (667 kB) / 1.7.2008

EGT 3.1 Earthing Cell
	EGT 3.1 Earthing Cell is a facility used to earth tank trucks or railway tanks when the latter are being filled with chemicals that generate explosive atmospheres in their vicinity. Two earthing elements are evaluated when the UZCL 3 facility is used impedance and ohmic. If the obtained value ranges within predefined range, the system is seen as correct in terms of electrostatics and a green indicator flashes. Identification System - ELBC 2 Card Reader
	Contact-free access identification system featuring a DeviceNet interface for direct linkage with the telemetric station. The application of the system is primarily in the field of security guard, alerting entries into the site and providing personal identification by means of radio indication of personal codes and their transfer to and display at the central dispatching centre. The system presents a complex set of technical and software tools for a single location with the possibility of code reading in explosion risk involving atmospheres. EN - (913 kB) / 30.4.2004

MERO
	VAE CONTROLS produces a technological unit for batch production of methylester from rapeseed oil. Methylester is either used as oil replacement or constitutes the basis for the production of so-called bio-oil, an environmentally friendly fuel. Pumping SKID
