We particularly specialise in electronic facilities and control systems to be deployed in explosion risk-involving environments, in particular those present in petrochemistry and mining industry, but also in consumer utilities. Our specialty is design and production of prototypes, small- and medium-sized series. The company has been certified to EU ATZEX directive in the domain of production of electrical equipment to be deployed in explosion risk involving environments.
We also operate our own testing lab equipped with instruments to perform electromagnetic compatibility testing (EMC) and hydraulic and climatic testing, that are also left to be used by external customers. As of 1st March, 2004, 88 highly qualified and motivated employees were working for VAE CONTROLS. Most of them are university-educated and all of them can speak at least one foreign language. Knowledge of English prevails though we can also communicate in Polish, German, Russian, Serbian and Bulgarian
Additive Dosing Unit EVA 5 |

CFI Inverter |
|
The CFI 1 Inverter has been designed to invert impulse signals to 4 to 20mA current signals. The inverter may be typically used in switching impulse output from a flow scanner or a rotation sensor . The purpose for which the CFI 1 inverter is used lies in the possibility to use standard input circuits of telemetric stations or programmable automatic devices, which allow for the processing of current rather than impulse signals.

EGT 3.1 Earthing Cell |
|
The EGT 3.1 Earthing Cell is a facility used to earth tank trucks or railway tanks when the latter are being filled with chemicals that generate explosive atmospheres in their vicinity. Two earthing elements are evaluated when the UZCL 3 facility is used - impedance and ohmic. If the obtained value ranges within predefined range, the system is seen as correct in terms of electrostatics and a green indicator flashes.

Identification System - ELBC 2 - Card Reader |
|
Contact-free access identification system featuring a DeviceNet interface for direct linkage with the telemetric station. The application of the system is primarily in the field of security guard, alerting entries into the site and providing personal identification by means of radio indication of personal codes and their transfer to and display at the central dispatching centre. The system presents a complex set of technical and software tools for a single location with the possibility of code reading in explosion risk involving atmospheres.

TSLC Station |
|
The facility is a small telemetric station designed for the simplest monitoring and controlling applications. In predefined intervals or once the limit/alarm value has been achieved, it transmits information on the state of inputs/outputs. Once the alarm/limit values are exceeded, the given action is executed: contact switching/breaking of the input, alarm report transmission.

VCLX 24 D02 Inverter |
|
The VCLX 24 D02 relay adapter has been designed to be integrated within the PX24 telemetric station, and it allows for the DO 1 and DO 2 transistor outputs of the telemetric station to be applied in switching two relay outputs.
