VAE CONTROLS is controlled by an Ostrava-based parent company, which is responsible for marketing, job-order management, and is in charge of ensuring technical standards and further holding development are in place. The mission of the daughter companies is to emerge independently in local markets and search for new business activities.

Elok Opava makes up for a certain exception in that it creates a development and production platform for the entire holding and, moreover, produces special electronic parts for power engineering, mining industry and other domains. These products are mostly exported to Great Britain, Holland and Eastern markets.
